What's included in the convention pass?+
Workshops, camping, three meals a day, snacks, water, exclusive use of the venue and pool, the group trip to Giza and pyramid entry.
Where exactly is EAC?+
At the outskirts of Cairo, between the pyramid fields of Giza and Saqqara. Cairo International and Sphinx International airports are both roughly an hour away by car.
Can I stay in a room instead of camping?+
Yes. Limited double and triple rooms are available, as well as prepared glamping. Standard camping is included in the convention pass.
What about food requirements?+
Three meals plus snacks are provided every day, with options across dietary needs. Detailed dietary requirements will be collected later through your participant portal.
Do I need a visa for Egypt?+
Requirements depend on nationality. We’ll provide current guidance before you travel.
